  • 1. I forgot my password. What will I do?

  • If you have forgotten your password, you just need to click on forgot your password and follow the instructions. Your password will be sent to your registered email.

  • 2. I did not receive acknowledgement email after registration. What will I do?

  • Make sure you have given a valid and working email address. Check your spam folder. If you have not received an email from GateToMedicine in 1 hour please email to customercare@gatetomedicine.com

  • 3. Hi, just wondering who the authors of this website are and what is the source of questions and content?

  • As you can assume, this website is not a work of an individual. A team of highly qualified and experienced medical doctors work for this website. At this time there are contributions from 52 doctors with qualifications ranging from DM & Mch to MS/MD & MBBS. GateToMedicine has high quality standards and each MCQ / content is seen by at least 3 doctors before it is published.

  • 4. How to make my payment?

  • You can pay for your subscription online using the following Debit Cards and Credit Cards via CC Avenue, India’s secure and most trusted payment gateway. You will also be able to pay directly from your bank by Bank Transfer option from most of the mainstream Indian Banks. We do not charge a transaction fee for any of the above transactions. In case you cannot use any of the above online payment options, please email us on payments@gatetomedicine.com. We are happy to provide you information on other modes of payments like cheque payment or pay at a local bank branch. Once we receive your payment, your account will be activated.

  • 5. How I can buy the package?

  • The first step is to register with the GateToMedicine website. Then follow the following path: Select your course or exam > Select the subscription period > Click on (Buy Now) > You can begin the checkout process. Follow the instructions on screen.   • 6. How do I take advantage of the discounted subscription?

  • If you have a voucher code you could claim discounts at your payment. You only need to enter the code at the time of purchase when prompted. You can avail such codes from our affiliates e.g. selected medical book shops and medical institutions. You may also receive a voucher code by participating in our social media programme - facebook & twitter.

  • 7. I have multiple Email Ids. Which one should I use for registration?

  • You should choose the one which you use most frequently for receiving and checking your emails.

  • 8. What are the different type of exam patterns provided in the site?

  • At present we have MCQs and a vast library of interlinked information called ‘Think Details’. We will introduce new formats as and when the NEET PG exam pattern is published by the Medical Council of India.

  • 9. Is the GateToMedicine site secure?

  • Shopping at GateToMedicine is secure. We associate with CC Avenue, India’s most trusted payment gateway. The payment gateway is encrypted with secure technology. We take internet security very seriously and will not compromise the security of your personal information. Your registration details will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.

  • 10. How can I see all the purchases made by me?

  • You need to (Log in) > (My Profile) > (My Orders)

  • 11. I have entered correct email id and password but I am still unable to login. What do I do?

  • Please check your email id and see if you have misspelled or mistyped any character. While entering password, check if the Caps Lock is ON. If you are using characters from the numberpad, check if the Num lock is ON. Try a different browser. If you still fail to login, please contact our customer care or email to customercare@gatetomedicine.com

  • 12. How soon will my services get activated?

  • GateToMedicine packages are set-up for instant activation for people who have paid online. You could buy packages 24 hours a day. However, our customer care team will be available only during the working hours if you require any support.
